Ford Hoonigan "Hoonicorn" Mustang
Description
The Hoonicorn Mustang is a drift car based on the 1965 Ford Mustang GT Coupe that debuted at the 2014 SEMA Show and was updated in 2016 to a more powerful engine. The name "Hoonicorn" is a portmanteau of "Hoonigan" and "unicorn."
The "Hoonicorn" Mustang has been upgraded from its 845 hp (630 kW) V8 to a 1400 hp (1044 kW) 6.7L twin-turbocharged V8 engine with the turbos provided by RTR. Torque is now rated at 1200 ft·lb (1627 N·m).
The "Hoonicorn" Mustang uses a six-speed manual transmission sending power to all four wheels and is capable of 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 1.8 seconds. Due to the latter, the "Hoonicorn" Mustang has the quickest 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) launch out of any car in the Forza series, although it is closely tied with the Ford Gymkhana 9 Focus RS RX in that regard.
